1. What We Offer

We're excited to provide you with access to our coworking space within the hub, featuring:

  • Desk space (hot desk or dedicated desk based on your chosen plan).

  • Shared spaces like meeting rooms, phone booths, and breakout areas.

  • High-speed Wi-Fi internet connectivity.

  • Access to kitchen facilities and other common areas.

Our membership plans are designed to fit your needs:

  • 1 Day Per Week: Access one day per week during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM).

  • 3 Days Per Week: Access three days per week during business hours.

  • 5 Days Per Week: Full-time access during business hours.

  • Dedicated Desk: Exclusive use of a desk within business hours 

  • Startup Bundle Package I: 5 days a month - team of 2

  • Startup Bundle Package II: 3 days a week - team of 2 

  • Startup Bundle Package III: 5 days a week - team of 2 - dedicated desks 

  • Day Pass: Exclusively for founders, partners, and investors - RSVP only 

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We're closed outside these hours.

2. Contract Terms

We offer flexible contract options to suit your needs. You can choose from a 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month rolling contract. Each contract automatically renews at the end of its term unless you decide to cancel before the next billing cycle begins. To cancel, simply let us know in writing before the start of the new term.

 

3. Fees

Membership fees are due monthly in advance:

  • 1 Day Per Week: £140/month.

  • 3 Days Per Week: £200/month.

  • 5 Days Per Week: £275/month.

  • Dedicated Desk: £350/month.

  • Startup Bundle Package I: £280/month 

  • Startup Bundle Package II: 3 days a week - team of 2 £365

  • Startup Bundle Package III: 5 days a week - team of 2 £630

  • Day Pass: £45 a day 

Important Note: Prices listed are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate.

4. House Rules & Guidelines

Access & General Use

  • Our studio is for members only; please keep noise levels respectful to help everyone stay productive.

  • Feel free to use all studio facilities, including the kitchen and breakout areas.

Guests & Meeting Room Bookings

  • If you book a meeting room, you're welcome to invite guests for that meeting. Just let us know their names in advance for reception and capacity management.

  • If your guest wants to stay and work beyond the meeting, we might be able to offer a day pass discount depending on space availability.

  • Please let us know if you'll be attending on your designated days to help us manage space.

Meeting Rooms & Phone Booths

  • Brainstorming and collaboration space is included in your membership, with access to a smart screen for video calls, presentations, and creative sessions.

  • You can book external meeting rooms at a discount using the QR code in the studio or on our website.

  • Phone booths are for members only.

  • Please keep meetings in designated rooms to keep the workspace quiet.

Use of Common Spaces

  • Enjoy tea and coffee, snacks in the studio, but please eat meals in the common area where there's a dining table.

  • If the studio is full, you can use the common space as an overflow area.

  • Remember, the common area is shared with other professionals, so keep noise levels appropriate.

Clean & Tidy Policy

  • Please keep your desk and shared areas clean and tidy.

  • Return and clean any kitchen items after use; ensure all plates, cups, and utensils are placed in the dishwasher.

  • Desks should be cleared of personal items by the end of each day.

  • If you have a dedicated desk, you're welcome to bring a screen.

  • Please note that personal lockers are not to be used for storing food.

  • Dispose of trash and leftover food properly.

Noise Levels & Call Etiquette

  • Take calls in phone booths; if they're busy, use the common space but not at your desk.

  • Keep loud conversations and extended meetings in designated areas.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy 

You can cancel your membership anytime by giving us written notice before the next billing cycle starts. Please note that we do not offer refunds for unused days if you cancel early. Your membership will remain active until the end of the paid period.

6. Confidentiality

We ask that you respect the confidentiality of conversations and information shared between the members within the space.

 

7. Liability

We're not responsible for personal property loss or damage within the coworking space or events space; please take care of your belongings.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms with prior notice to you.
